The Water Tank Structure of High-Pressure Solar Water Heater

The water tank of High-Pressure Solar Water Heater (compact high pressure solar water heater) consists of inner tank, out tank, insulation foam and accessories.

P/T valve is included with water tank as standard package. It is important accessories to prevent damage when the overheating or over pressure happen.

Sensor sleeve is used when customer want to use controller to measure the temperature inside water tank.

Every water tank will have a check valve on cold water in. So that the water will not flow out when the city water pipe is stopped service.

Electric heater booster is an option device for raining days. So the user can still use the hot water when there is no sunshine available. You do not need to install a separate water heater.

The hot water will always on top of water tank due to the lower density of hot water. Willson solar has a hot water pipe inside of tank to get hot water always from top of water tank.

Magnesium bar is also a standard package of High-Pressure Solar Water Heater. It can protect the water tank effectively from corrosion due to hard water. Willson design the magnesium bar on the side of water tank for easy replace. And when you replace it from the side, you do not need to drain back all the water during replacement.


Working Principle of High-Pressure Solar Water Heater

High-Pressure Solar Water Heater is a highly efficient solar water heater. There is heat pipe designed inside vacuum tube for rapid heat transfer.

First step, the vacuum tube absorbs sunshine and converts it into heat energy.

Second step, the heater energy will be transferred to the heat pipe by high conductive aluminum fin which hold the heat pipe inside vacuum tube.

Third step, the heat pipe will transfer the heat energy to heat pipe sleeve which is located inside of water tank.

Finally ,the water inside of water tank will be heated by high temperature from heat pipe sleeve.

When people want to use hot water, just open the tap, the hot water will be pushed out by high pressure cold water from inlet.
