Professional Non-pressure Solar Water Heater Manufacturer

Willson non pressure solar water heater is a great non-pressure model. You can also call them as low-pressure solar heaters. The water in the tank is under low pressure and is equal to the water's gravity. This kind of solar heater has a simple construction. Therefore, it is your cheaper option.

As a leading factory in the solar thermal industry, Willson ensures that we target your solar water heater needs. We manufacture them with long life in mind. Besides, our non-pressure solar water heater is lightweight. You can still use them in cold, rainy, or cloudy days.

How It Works

1. Non-pressure solar water systems of all glass evacuated tube collector integrated with storage tank, are ideal for use in houses and other applications where cheap, reliable hot water supply is required. They are simple, economic and practical.

2. As the specific gravitates of hot water and cold water are different, cold water goes downward and hot water goes upward.

3. When cold water in evacuated tubes is heated, it becomes lighter and goes to the water tank, while cold water in the tank goes down to the evacuated tubes.

4. Through this circulation, the cold water in the water tank will be gradually heated.

Vacuum Tube Solar Water Heater Work Principle:

Through a thermosiphon effect (in which hot water rises), hot water circulates between the collectors and the water tank while
there is sun and is stored at the end of the day in an insulated tank.
